There is a lot of workout equipment on the market today whose advertisements claim they will aid you in getting in the greatest shape possible.  A lot of this equipment is unfortunately very expensive and bulky.  Some gadgets are cheap, travel well, and provide the same results that most of the expensive equipment does.
