What kind of eater are you? You are not just classified into emotional eaters, health0conscious and anything-eaters. You can be classified into many types! See the types of eaters and tell us where you belong.

Flash-Takeaway Eaters

Flash Eaters like convenience. They choose foods that are easy to cook and microwaved. Their staple foods are mostly frozen and canned foods, as well as takeaway foods (i.e., fast food). They can be seen in junk food section in the grocery or in any 24/7 convenience store. Flash eaters could care less about the nutrition benefits they get, or lack thereof. They mostly don’t have a lot of time to shop for healthier food options and choose those that will get rid of hunger – fast. Because of it, they often find themselves in poor health conditions.

Diet Promoters

Diet Promoters are those who switch from one diet to another. They promote the diet programs they are currently trying and encourage their friends to try this and that diet as well. They have become experts in diet arena. It isn’t really so much as the diet program isn’t working for them. They couldn’t stick to that diet because they cannot trust themselves to make the right decision about which particular diet program  best suited for them.

Weekend Cheaters

Weekend Cheaters are those who believe that they have done a great job during the 5-day diet period and deserve a break over the weekend. While many diet programs do endorse cheating after specific period of time, they do advise to do it within reason. Weekend cheaters however may over-indulge and compensate their “sacrifice” during that diet period by eating an entire pizza, a box of chocolates and so on. In other words, they “pig-out” over the weekend. Without restrictions, doing so will just cancel-out their “sacrifice” and may even result to weight gain.

Diet -Atoners

These are the people who knew they were guilty of pigging out over the weekend and have to make up for their binge sessions. They usually tell themselves and others that they will never eat that much again and will have to start on the diet first thing Monday morning. They will mostly be seen eating greens and other healthy stuff. They would also be back in the gym, determined to work off the calories that have accumulated over the weekend. This kind of strict lifestyle however, wears off as days progress, but they still stick with their diet until it’s time to cheat again.
